Honouring Bravery is a Canada Company Military History Learning Program (MHLP).
Our aim is to bring engaging content about Canada’s military history to classrooms across the country.
The other Canada Company MHLP is Je Me Souviens in Quebec.
The program is built around fact-based storytelling, focusing on authentic stories of diverse military heroes from across Canada. This approach helps ensure that students not only gain a deeper understanding of Canada’s military history, but also foster empathy and respect for all of those who have served.

Developed for teachers and school boards grappling with outdated provincial curriculum content, our program offers culturally relevant and responsive learning materials that are curriculum-based and easy to integrate into lesson plans.
The program offers various interactive and engaging learning formats to help students connect with the stories being told, such as free quizzes, games, and customized exhibitions offered virtually or in classrooms.
